Time to dust off a cliched movie critic question – who is this movie even for? Read the room.

To say or not to say, that is the question.

There seems to be a misconception about the kind of movie that Twisters is. On the surface, it looks and sounds like a sequel to 1996’s Twister. The previews show tornados and people chasing said tornados, just like in Twister.

Take deep breaths. All of us have memories of our early teenage years. Middle school. Puberty.

I never had an imaginary friend (IF) as a kid. That’s probably because I watched enough scary movies when I was young that an imaginary friend was too big of a risk.

I’m sure you’ve heard that question before, usually regarding sequels or remakes. Or maybe you heard it as a statement – “Nobody asked for this movie.” Or how about “who is this movie even for?”

After reading the synopsis of Challengers, I was very much expecting a movie about tennis. Challengers is very much not about tennis
